Debbie has been counselling for over 10 years, and specializes in couple’s therapy, trauma, and addictions and mental health counselling. Debbie earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work at UBC Okanagan and is registered with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (#09253).
Debbie is skilled in several techniques, including:
EFT- Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy
EMDR- A trauma based approach that supports the healing of trauma and PTSD
When working with addiction and mental health related issues, Debbie also uses:
